Work on-site will go as planned this week with the closure of Brewery Grade and the westbound traffic being redirected to the access road alongside of Sunshine Mill. This phase of the project will require some changes to the intersection at the south end of the Boat Basin overpass. In order to do the required work in that area, the westbound traffic from East 2nd Street will be moved closer to the intersection which will change where the vehicles coming off the overpass will stop. People traveling in that area will need to drive slow and pay attention to those changes. Because of this work, motorists will also experience flagging delays through tomorrow.
 
Another area that will experience change is Taylor Street between 2nd and 3rd. Starting tomorrow it will be closed so work can begin in that area and it will remain closed until the project is completed.
